It doesn't get much more Santa Cruz than this with a private skate bowl, soaking hot tub, and within walking distance to sand and surf. The largest of the suites and found front and center on the property's ground floor, The Beach House's generous layout offers a relaxed ambiance with more than enough privacy and space for entertaining, whether visiting with family or friends. Its kitchen is designed with contemporary finishings, complemented by a spacious living area with a plush L-shaped sofa and long dining table, making it a natural gathering spot for guests.
The main king-sized bedroom on one side of The Beach House and two additional queen-sized bedrooms on the other are both consciously designed with just enough privacy for you while exuding style and simplicity with clean lines, plush layered linens, elegant exposed brass shower fixtures and bathroom finishings. Take a step out back onto the private patio and grounds where you can rinse off after a day of surf with our heated outdoor shower, sink into the soft cushions in the lounge area, BBQ, or put your pizza-making skills to the test with the wood-fired pizza oven. Skateboarder or not, those who stay at The Beach House get a glimpse into the skate history and culture that fuel the city today with Grandpa's Skate Bowl.

The Point or Pleasure Point is one of the most respected and treasured surf spots in Santa Cruz, packing more unique waves in one small area than anywhere else in the world. The Point's two-bedroom, one-bath suite has also become a cherished space amongst Manresa Surf House guests. Located on the property's ground floor, The Point features a generous entertaining area accented with vaulted ceilings that open up the kitchen and bar, dining, and living room area—making it a natural hangout spot whether traveling with family or friends.
Additionally, guests have dual access to the shared outdoor space, called Platforms, along with their private outdoor patio accessed through the double-sized sliding patio doors complete with a fire pit, barbecue, and dining furniture. Thoughtfully considered touches, including the luxury vinyl plank flooring, smooth quartz-lined showers, plush linens, and local flavors of Santa Cruz from its decor, all the way down to the complimentary artisanal coffee, will make you feel right at home.

Two-Six, for 26th Avenue, a hotspot for surfers near and far, inspires a clean and modern look for the one-bedroom suite located on the first floor between The Point and The Hook. Complete with a full contemporary kitchen and dishwasher, dining area, and lounge area with a pull-out sofa bed separate from the queen-sized bed and en-suite bathroom, the Two-Six suite makes for a spacious getaway for up to four guests. You can enjoy a private outdoor patio with dining furniture or venture just a few steps away to the shared outdoor space, known as Platforms, to unwind in the lounge area or indulge in the soaking hot tubs, fire pit, or barbecue.
Attentive yet considerate design choices such as the mixed metal finishings contrasted against the clean white lines create an oasis of tranquility in this suite. The Lane suite was inspired by the classic Santa Cruz surf spot, Steamer Lane, a place with incredible swells for those daring enough to ride or watch from afar. This suite is located on the ground floor of the property in the bottom right corner, and it’s designed to feel like your own little surf house refuge. Clean lines and contrasting blacks and whites make for a calming retreat, whether sinking into the queen-sized bed’s layered linens, sipping a warm cup of artisanal coffee at the dining table, or unwinding after a day out exploring under the spa rain shower head. The Lane also features a full modern kitchen, private outdoor patio, authentic oak wood flooring, and artwork featuring local artists.

From its authentic oak wood flooring to its mixed metal fixtures, smooth quartz-lined shower, rain shower head, and full modern kitchen, it’s the little details that give our Moss suite a style of relaxed elegance to make you feel right at home. With a pull-out sofa bed separated from the king-sized bed and bathroom, there’s a generous amount of space for up to four guests to enjoy this sanctuary paired with just the right amount of privacy. Additional accents include a nod to Santa Cruz’s local artisans with artwork decorating the walls and complimentary coffee from our favorite roasteries.

This suite features a full modern kitchen complimented with warm oak wood flooring, a queen-sized bed with plush linens, and a smooth quartz-lined shower—all the fixtures to make you feel right at home. Named after a long, wide, sandy beach just outside of Aptos, known as Platforms Beach, its gentle waves and long sand bar shelf make it a popular gathering spot for family and friends to hang out. This idea is no different when it comes to our communal outdoor area: Platforms. All guests staying with us have access to Platforms and can enjoy its refreshing surf showers, outdoor lounge chairs, and sofas after a long day exploring, sit by one of the fire pits with a glass of wine in hand or give the barbecues a try for a meal under the stars. Its balanced and intentional designs make it ideal for you to connect and gather with others while also giving you enough space to unwind and relax or spend your time enjoying all that it has to offer.
